Tony recently serviced my bikes and done great job on all.
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have a quality local bike service/repair shop.
All about the supporting your local then this is the bike shop for you. Top lad with complete honesty at heart. Not trying to push sales or fill you with rubbish just to make a sale. Couldnt recommend Tony enough. Only bike shop in the north east ill be taking my bikes to.
Had a few early season niggles with summer bike which needed Tony's expertise. No problem he said bring it in and I'll do it while you wait. Bike straight into the stand, kettle on and free coffee served while he worked his magic. Wheel trued, di2 gears tweaked, back brake cut and adjusted to run more direct (his suggestion), front levers re-positioned (again suggested by Tony). All done in 15 minutes! Needed my bike servicing and checking over after an accident. After being pointed in Tony's direction by a friend I called in. Popped in at 10am on a Saturday morning and thought I was being cheeky by asking for the bike back that same day. "No problem I'll call you when it's ready". Tony kept the shop open till I got there, on my first ride out after its overhaul I have noted that the bike has never ran so well (even better than when it was new).
