Wish I could give 0 stars. Called to get a quote for a notary and was met with a lady yelling because I asked for someone who spoke English because I don't speak Spanish. She yelled "don't call my country asking for English". I was not rude and kindly asked. Glad I'm not giving them my business!

although the bus itself isn’t horrible, the ride definitely is. on the first part of our trip, in a span of 12 hours, we were only allowed outside once and were told strictly ten minutes. most of the passengers were complaining of hunger by the time we got to the border. the bathrooms are also disgusting because once someone pees all over it, it’s going to stay that way for the rest of the trip. this is also the first time i travel with my dog. i think they shouldn’t even allow passengers to travel with pets if the company o... read more
