although the bus itself isn’t horrible, the ride definitely is. on the first part of our trip, in a span of 12 hours, we were only allowed outside once and were told strictly ten minutes. most of the passengers were complaining of hunger by the time we got to the border. the bathrooms are also disgusting because once someone pees all over it, it’s going to stay that way for the rest of the trip. this is also the first time i travel with my dog. i think they shouldn’t even allow passengers to travel with pets if the company o... read more

Buen servicio solo de ida para Mexico, de regreso no puedo decir lo mismo ya que apagan el aire acondicionado y solo estas con el ventilador de arriba el cual no es suficiente por la calor que hace, varias veces se les dijo a los choferes e hisieron caso omiso… si tarde años para usar este servicio nuevamente dudo que lo vuelva a hacer Valen madres el aire acondicionado que traen ahorita, los que traemos queso y algún otra cosa que se heche a perder ya valieron
