I had a really good experience with Texxas Home Services, installing my generator. The staff was extremely helpful, upfront, professional, very courteous, and very attentive to my needs and concerns... Even though we ran into a snag, in the install, with a problem on my end, with the structure of my home. They were able to remedy the situation to my satisfaction, and safely completed the install. I met with different companies and Texas Power came in above the othe companies bid. Once they found out the immediately counter offered to match that bid. I had a verbal commitment to Brice but he still honored the other companies bid. The install crew was fast and efficient. I got my propane tank hooked up two days later. Last year I purchased a Generac home generator from HomeSafe to replace my 19-year-old Generac. The install went great and I had no trouble with the unit all year. I recently called HomeSafe to schedule the annual service on the unit this month, and James came out the next day. Friendly and personable, he did an excellent job of explaining the annual maintenance process and answering all of my technical questions, mostly about the technical improvements between my old and new unit. Had a home generator bought and installed with Texxas Power. This was such an easy and seamless process. Brice was so helpful with all our questions during the purchasing process. Cameron was great at scheduling and communicating the entire process from gas to electrical to install. Manny was fantastic at making sure we understood everything about our new generator and how everything works during generator school! I highly recommend Texxas Power and their team!!
