Update 6/30/25 We’ve had our generator from Texxas Power for a year now, and recently it was time for its first service. James came out and clearly explained the work he’d be doing. He also provided a printed invoice on the spot. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. I am so happy with the service by Texas Power. I had done a lot of shopping around and they came in with a quote in line with other companies but I I heard great feedback from others I knew personally and so I chose them, and so glad I did. UPDATE 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY: Annual service contract was great, the generator doctor visited and we're checked and ready for another year. We had another extended ONCOR outage this month from 10pm until 9am the next day on a hot weekend. This was a non-problem for the family - everything in the house was rocking just fine and when power finally returned, a seamless transition back to shore power. 5 stars Texxas Power! I purchased my GENERAC generator with Texxas Power after they were recommended to me by a neighbor. The entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end.
