I met with different companies and Texas Power came in above the othe companies bid. Once they found out the immediately counter offered to match that bid. I had a verbal commitment to Brice but he still honored the other companies bid. The install crew was fast and efficient. I got my propane tank hooked up two days later. The next day their technician came out and took me and my wife to generator school. Once we were comfortable on the operation we field tested it and it worked like a charm. The customer service, attention to detail, and continued communication before, during, and after the install was great and very much appreciated! Texxas Power installed a Generator about 4 months ago. They did everything from start to finish. Very happy with the work they completed. Friday night came home from work 6pm 6:29pm loud BOOM……power goes out generator kicks in 4 seconds later. We’re rolling. Check around all my neighbors have power never lost it.
