We are very greatful for the professionalism and care that each person showed me and my family. Zack, Bill, Logan, Justin. Also, they completed the install in one day. The customer care that each one of these gentleman showed was something unheard of these days. Update 6/30/25 We’ve had our generator from Texxas Power for a year now, and recently it was time for its first service. James came out and clearly explained the work he’d be doing. He also provided a printed invoice on the spot. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. I purchased my GENERAC generator with Texxas Power after they were recommended to me by a neighbor. The entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone I worked with (Nick, Bill, Seth, Justin, Zack the plumber and Keith the electrician) were great.
