Update 6/30/25 We’ve had our generator from Texxas Power for a year now, and recently it was time for its first service. James came out and clearly explained the work he’d be doing. He also provided a printed invoice on the spot. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. We have been shopping for a generator for a couple of years. Talked to many different companies trying to find the right one for our investment. When we met Bill we knew Texas Power was the one. He was no BS, slick Sam the salesman. We choose Texas Power and the generac 22KW. The process was seamless, from the paperwork, to the scheduling of the installation. If you are looking for a seamless home generator install, these guys were as professional as it gets. They were on schedule as promised, communicated at every step, followed through, were competitively priced and every part of the work was included in the contract.
