We are very greatful for the professionalism and care that each person showed me and my family. Zack, Bill, Logan, Justin. Also, they completed the install in one day. The customer care that each one of these gentleman showed was something unheard of these days. Texxas Power installed a Generator about 4 months ago. They did everything from start to finish. Very happy with the work they completed. Friday night came home from work 6pm 6:29pm loud BOOM……power goes out generator kicks in 4 seconds later. We’re rolling. Check around all my neighbors have power never lost it. My neighbor calls me and says you need to check your house something blew up on our side and your power went out. I said yes sir I’m checking all of my breakers ect now. Update 6/30/25 We’ve had our generator from Texxas Power for a year now, and recently it was time for its first service. James came out and clearly explained the work he’d be doing. He also provided a printed invoice on the spot. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Texxas Power installed my Generac Guardian 26KW, and last night I discovered it wasn’t working. I saw a post from Logan in our neighborhood offering to help anyone make sure their generators were running, so I reached out.
