Contracted with Texxas Power after a failed contract with Canter Power (an awful experience). My Generac generator installation was completed in about 3 weeks. Every single person that was involved from Texxas Power was great. Communication was very good and I could reach anyone from Nick (owner) down, usually with first phone call. I am very happy with the experience overall and am looking forward to a long relationship with Texxas Power.
Have not had to use it yet but install was smooth and Nick was on top of everything. Could not be happier. I checked with several folks including Costco and he best them price wise handily.
UPDATE: our neighborhood has had 3 extended Oncor outages since Texxas Power installed our gen unit. One 3am lasting until 9am during storms. Other outages at similarly extended times. Each time the unit as powered the entire house without a problem, and with no fuss, muss, or intervention from me.
