First Off this company does great job to make sure you don't have a relationship with your lender. they hit you with all these fees I'm stuck with them now I'm looking to see if I can refinance because if you fall few days behind with this company your going to loose everything you have.again they not just a title company they managed they managed in-house financing for other individuals and they can pretty much milk you for what you got be careful guys because when dealing with this Company
