I would 100% recommend these people! Not only are they so nice, but they also help to improve your knowledge on how to improve your situation. I have many things going on with my taxes. Had an appointment to sit down and get my taxes done. I specifically told them on the phone I didn’t want to just drop them off. I get there at my appointment time and the receptionist said I need to just leave them to get done. I asked why would I need an appointment to walk in and just drop them off? The guy that was supposed to do them wasn’t even there. She called him and he said he told me I would just drop off the paperwork. That’s a dam lie!!! Very unprofessional!! Find a different tax preparer!!
