Excellent service. Everything was done and explained very thoroughly in a timely manner. Online portal makes sharing documents very easy and convenient. All done at a reasonable cost.
Texoma Taxes provides me with excellent, qualified, accurate and courteous service as a long-term client. The secure online portal makes things easy for clients like me who travel frequently. Occasionally, Texoma Taxes reaches out with a sense of duty to clarify questions. I have once or so in the past scheduled an appointment in high tax season, and if they cannot see me, in fairness to all of their clients, they do call me in a timely fashion. Had an appointment to sit down and get my taxes done. I specifically told them on the phone I didn’t want to just drop them off. I get there at my appointment time and the receptionist said I need to just leave them to get done. I asked why would I need an appointment to walk in and just drop them off? The guy that was supposed to do them wasn’t even there. She called him and he said he told me I would just drop off the paperwork. That’s a dam lie!!! Very unprofessional!! Find a different tax preparer!!
I was very very pleased with the service! They made it super easy and extremely convenient for me. I appreciated all of the help and the willingness to make sure everything went smoothly.
