Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk, and called the cops on the law abiding citizen on the public sidewalk. Wasting tax payers tax money for paranoia, and hurt feelings.
Had a certified check for $30,000 in hand. I had heard they had a good interest rate so I considered switching banks. But I needed some of that money instantly. They still wanted $125 cash to open a savings and checking account when I only needed a savings and a check cashed. Then they told me I'd have to wait 9 days to access this money. Modern banking is a scam.
Love texoma credit union. The location downtown is a joke. Employees was playing hot and cold games while we were trying to do business. They were rude and really short with us. I would recommend using the bank itself. Just do not use the downtown branch.
Kwame provided excellent care when helping set up my bank accounts with TCCU! He explained the different types of accounts and helped me with every step through setup. Kudos!
