Overall, Textell has good rates, but I have to say this. Their customer service is horrible. It is a 1.1 in my book. They never seem to be willing to help you with a smile or just willing to help you. It's like pulling teeth to get answers or they're always transferring you to somebody else. That's the sad part to have such good rates but their customer service is bad.
Everyone at the Hewitt location is amazing. Always caring and helpful (even when I don't realize I need the help🥰) as soon as I open the door I get a "hello, how are you doing today" greeting that always makes my day. Bought my husband his first truck for his 50th birthday with their help and have been blessed to call them my bank/ credit union ever since.
Just became a member with Texell and needed assistance so I called their member #. MELISSA ELMORE is the loviest most helpful woman and helped me thru every step with kindness & patience! Thank you so much
Charge the people and service workers that account holders write checks to a cashing fee. They’re a scammy fly by night bank that is money hungry and charges fees for being incredibly inconvenient and inefficient.
