The office itself 4 stars. Joseph Muzquiz 5 stars 10 out 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Super easy to talk to help me and my spouse with a car situation. He gave us details and options that we could understand. There were multiple times were we came in day after day because we thought of something and wanted to run it by Joseph. He’s such an amazing guy, he made me feel so comfortable.
Setting up an account and helping us get the mobile app working was genius. I've never had a bank as helpful as Texcell.
Do not put your Money in this bank these people are the worst bankers in town, I put thousands of dollars in there bank made them money and they still give me highest interest rates, then let unknown people take money out of my account without getting my permission stay away from this place bad buisness. The Manager over there is also the worst I have ever dealt with. Finally had to call Temple office Manger she was Awesome Temple branch is great.This is my experience with them so good luck God bless .
