I went in for a simple transaction and teller Mary Cole was so friendly and helpful. She ended up telling me about a Bonus program I didn’t even know about. I went home and signed on and found I had hundreds of dollars just waiting for me to draw out! What a surprise!!! I love this credit union.
Everyone at the Hewitt location is great and caring to their customers..love going there. Thank you Texell.
Kami was so wonderful to work with, she was so helpful and got me into a new vehicle. I would highly recommend this bank and to go see Kami for vehicles or just opening a account with them.
Overall, Textell has good rates, but I have to say this. Their customer service is horrible. It is a 1.1 in my book. They never seem to be willing to help you with a smile or just willing to help you. It's like pulling teeth to get answers or they're always transferring you to somebody else. That's the sad part to have such good rates but their customer service is bad.
