I am delayed in writing this review because I wanted to wait until all of my investment accounts had matured and could be closed without issue. Midyear last year I worked with Sam and Rochelle to open up 5 different accounts, to include both savings and CD's. Sam and Rochelle were both professional, friendly and willing to assist me in anyway they could. Texell Cedar Park has friendly staff, especially Rochelle who kindly helps me with services in Chinese. The branch is clean, efficient, and always makes banking easy with great service.
From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted with total respect and professionalism from Sam! Sam was very good at explaining to me everything that the credit union had to offer! My experience at this credit while opening a checking account was AWESOME!! I would definitely recommend to others to visit this BRANCH!😎
