Sam at the Cedar Park Texell is a great example of how banks and bankers should treat their customers! We had banked with a nation bank [of America] for 20 years; we were treated as an inconvenience when we did any in person banking (and were even charged for the visits), and they did not bat an eye when we closed our accounts.
