Terrible service
From the beginning of opening my personal checking and a joint account in 2022, it's always something. Tellers are not all knowledgeable on procedures, making a change to an account can be confusing (and not always done correctly), CONSTANT outages, no tap to pay on cards, "mobile deposit" that takes several days to clear, and such an outdated system in general.
