I’ve banked with Texas bank for years. I just pulled all my $ out and moved it to another bank who will let me do what I ask with my money! Texas Bank has refused to wire $ and also closed my Zelle down so I couldn’t send money!! I wouldn’t refer anyone to Texas Bank!
