I have been trying for over a week to get on the phone with someone . I finally figured out how to … When you call the 800 number and it ask you for your social security number don’t type in anything. It will ask you again in Spanish do not type anything just wait then it will transfer you to another line and it will give you 3 options. They don't answer the phone when I call. They're always "temporarily" experiencing high call volume. Their website is outdated and gives me error messages when I try to log in. The website says to call the phone number for assistance, but that's not helpful because nobody will answer the phone!
I'm old fashioned I hate doing my business on line we should have the rights to face to face inside the building not on line if you don't go on line you stuck out its not fair especially to those who can't use on line anyway
Here's what they do. You file all your paperwork and do what they want. Then they claim they overpaid you.w.t.f?? How can they overpay you when you haven't received anything? I've requested my waiting week at least 4 times only to not receive it and then I got an email saying they over paid me.
No on is at th front desk, phone says its no longer in service. The main door is open but that is all. Rang the bell they have at the front desk and no one showed up.
