I just called to get some information and before I could even finish my first sentence, the receptionist said, "let me stop you and connect you with a rescue". I did not need this but she was very rude. Its extremely disrespectful to interrupt anyone especially when I was just calling to ask a few questions.
Closed at 2:23pm on a Friday even though they are supposed to be open until 5pm.
