They are always helpful & kind. I am extremely upset that this location is closing. It's close.to home and work. I will never be inclined to go to the new one on 360.. and he said that area is a pain in the you know what, to drive up there as it is. I have PTSD driving in heavy crazy traffic. Due to a near fatal crash. I hope the one on main street Mansfield stays open so I can go there on the way home from work. What a great credit union Texas Trust is turning out to be for me. For the first time in years they have done for me what several big banks have been unable to do for me which is keep my lending needs met. I’m slowly making the move to have all my stuff moved over from PNC bank to Texas Trust. The only reason I still have an account at PNC is because their virtual wallet is an extremely useful budgeting tool but When it comes to lending needs, Texas Trust just keeps impressing over and over and over and over again. Texas Trust like Mansfield Fire Department is awesome....
The new system where you call to get information on your account sucks.I have put my voice in for password and it still doesn't work.Please go back to the way it used to be.I know many people have complained about it.
The staff is very nice and helpful ever time!
