Just moved to Texas from Florida. I've encountered so many people mostly at the VA hospital. At the VA everyone is so rough and rude with their tone and behavior. On the contrary, I must say Russell Bennett. Katie Reed were decently people at TTE 5/17/24. They were so pleasant. So calm. So understanding.
