I don't know the owner as some apparently do in these reviews, but we have had the 17x15 (16x14) trampoline for several years and love it!!! However, we recently needed to purchase a new mat, pads, and springs due to heavy use by our children and friends over the years. I ordered those things in September of 2025 and after several attempts to call the phone number and email the company at the email address listed both on the website and on the order confirmation with no response, we have still not received our order. We have had one of their trampolines for over 20 years and we have nothing bad to say about them. The structure of the trampoline is just as good as the day we got it and have only had to get a couple new mats and pads, other than that it has just been absolutely great.
