Tow truck driver is not careful and will hit vehicles parked when driving their company tow trucks. one of their drivers caused a hit and run and did not want to provide the drivers information because they do not have insurance... Awful.
After an awful experience with another tow company I called these guys they were so polite and professional. The driver Zack is who helped me and it was even his day off and he took the call. Helped fix the mess the other people made and got my car dropped off to a shop. Highly reccommend.
I was assigned this towing agency through USAA and I was pleasantly surprised. Mian was a breath of fresh air as far as Great service, friendly, professional, timely and actually arrived very quickly which is rare for a towing company. I hope that I dont have to call them again but then again I hope so too.
Texas Towing was incredibly professional. The driver arrived quickly, explained the process clearly, and handled the tow with care. Excellent roadside assistance and fair pricing – would definitely use them again.
