Absolute worst experience ever. These people dragged out a loan that was approved, and locked, for 10 months before deciding that they no longer wanted to make the loan because the interest rate lock is lower than current rates. They bungled an easy loan in unimaginable ways. unscrupulous and outright lying. Twice I was driving to title to sign documents in the car when I got a phone call saying that they needed to delay.
