Very disappointed in the verification code process. It is late night and I can't view my account due to some code requirement. I don't use a phone and they can't send code by email for some reason. Now I have to drive to town just to get my account reset. I find no advantage in using this credit union as this will cost me about $10 in gas and an hour and half wasted time.
Great work Clarissa! I came in to close the account and ended up refinancing my truck!
