I usually wouldn't go out of my way to write a review. Unfortunately I feel that it is important that my experience is shared. Initially when I contacted Alana we discussed getting juvenile charges dropped. This was in late 2019 I believe. Constantly being reassured that she is on it, and getting it taken care of. Texas State Paralegals failed to render services as promised. They repeatedly provided completion timelines and then ghosted me (7+ times) over a month and a half. I ultimately switched to a different provider to complete my case. When I told them I was moving to another provider and asked for my money back, they produced half-baked documents and cited a no-refund policy.

Please do not waste your money! I paid for services I did not receive. I did most of the work myself since I moved from another state and had the paperwork already completed. I sent numerous emails, texts, and called Alana with no responses over a two month period. Alana’s assistant, Joy, would respond saying “something unforeseen came up, we’re working on your case, Alana will respond soon”. I heard nothing from Alana. We were way past the waiting period. Worst place ever. Joy is rude and is never pleasant. Joy always sounds annoyed when talking to customers. Alana is a joke. She spends more time talking of nonsense and not working on her paid customers cases which she does as a side job. As a result, no ones case is important. Be prepared to wait forever for a single document prepared and then filed. They lack tact and attention to detail. Read your documents before signing. Alana provided excellent service and has done a very thorough job. Although she continues to perform in a very professional manner she is also very much like the girl next door. Easy to speak to and answers any questions one might have. She was always responsive to my every need and went above and beyond what her normal responsibilities would be. I highly recommend this firm and in particular this young woman.
