I would give this pharmacy 0 stars, if that was an option. Ive never experienced worse service from any industry. They dont respond to messages in a timely manner, and were talking about medical prescriptions youre trying to have filled by them. Last month, I had sent in for a refill, and the process too almost two weeks. It took days to acknowledge the refill, before receiving a link to pay. I purchase my compound eye drops from this location. The staff are always very professional and helpful. Staff let me know the price of my medication and when it is ready. The reason I gave location a lower rating is I live 100 miles away, however this is the closest pharmacy to obtain my compound medication.

Texas Star Pharmacy offers medical supplies and compounded medications. I had to go here post surgery for some supplies that Kroger did not have. Their staff was very helpful.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE ... I can't say enough, there are not words enough to describe my discontent with this pharmacy. I have yet to fill a prescription at this business without Issue. I carry a Federal I.D. (TWIC) which is issued to port workers foreign and domestic by the U.S. Government after an extensive 6 week back ground check by the FBI. I was recommended coming here by a family friend. It was hell finding it. Drove up and down Independence Rd for 10mins. But when I did, it was worth it. I was looking for an item called Drypro for my little one. Everybody greeted you like they knew you forever. Young lady came out pointed me into the Drypros and I asked how in the world does this thing works. She was honest and said she wasn't too familiar but would send someone over who knew.
