Very bad customer service. . Even if you have a receipt, they can't exchange.. the persin helping the boss per her says she has no right todo returns when he is not there. .so mine as well shut the store when you leave boss. . Very rude and unprofessional
I would NEVER go back. On the receipt, it says refunds within 15 days. Welp, it was within 15 days and they would not take the shoes back. Very frustrating because you pay $100 for the shoes yet refunds are accepted. Owner is NOT from America and I will NEVER EVER go back.
