Great experience staff ready to attend you
I had contacted other TRB branches to assist with my relative's accounts and provided them will all of the information they had requested. I followed up with emails and phone calls that went unreturned. Eventually I contacted the Harlingen branch and started working with America. She resolved the issue and kept me updated with the process. Her professionalism and care for her customers was very welcoming. TRB on Stuart Place Rd. In Harlingen is #1. They have the best Customer Service. From the drive thru to the counter to the administrative personnel. They know me my name and have always been able to help me with all my banking needs. I have been to the one on 77 sunshine, and to the Weslaco branch. They are nice but not as helpful as the one on Stuart Place . Thank you Uriel Aviles, Caleb Gonzalez, Robbin, and all the tellers. You are the BEST!!! Professionalism goes a long way.
I recently opened a joint account at TRB with my husband, and the experience was so positive I decided to move my business account over as well. Uriel helped us open other accounts including those for our daughters. He was incredibly helpful and efficient. On one occasion I had forgotten a document and he said he'd continue working on the account while I got the document. Other banks don't do this.
