Long story short the girl I was talking to over the phone from this location had no clue about anything and hung up on me when I said i wanted to close my account. Then when I went in person to close my account they DID NOT ask for my ID so completely happy I closed my account!
Haley Medrano was so helpful as are all bankers here. Very patient even when I ask same question more than once. Recommend this bank to all. Courteous and professional always.
