I had an outstanding experience with my bank teller Becky during my recent visit. From the moment I approached the counter, she was welcoming, and attentive with has such outstanding customer service that always makes my experience great. All of the staff members at TRB of Stuart Places, are without a doubt one of the most efficient with such great positive attitude that makes my entire banking experience process smooth and stress-free. Thank you all for your great support and attention to detail.
Since they redid the mobile banking app I can't even get in to my account even with customer service on the phone . This bank is really starting to go to shit . I thought I'd retry them for the 2nd time and it still not worth the stress just to keep track of my money. Looks like I'm closing this account tomorrow since the only way to see my balance is to drive 45 minutes one way to the closest ATM and that's just not going to happen.
