I had a great experience with the Mortgage Team, specifically: Hunter Lamon. I called your branch office at 4:30p.m. on Tuesday 4 August. Hunter Lamon took my call. I explained to him that I desperately needed the official payoff of my land loan so I can keep my scheduled closing intact. Hunter said he would talk to another person and call me back. My boyfriend needed temporary checks immediately, and Jacob printed some right up and ordered a set to be mailed. He was able to write a check right away without any problems. Great customer service!
