TRB. Has been my bank for many years. They have seen me through both tough and good times. Through deaths and births. The people of the Bulverde branch are like a family. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

TRB has the best customer service. Our teller, Karina Varela, was the kindest, most helpful person yesterday to my elderly mother who has been banking here for many years. TX Regional Bank has that small town feel and they recognize us each time we go inside and that makes my mom truly feel like a valued customer.

I recently opened a business checking account at the Texas Regional Bank Spring Branch location. Kim B. was extremely helpful, kind, and transparent about the whole process. She answered all my questions and was patient yet efficient throughout the whole process. I wanted to use a bank that didn’t see me as just an account number, but rather a community member, and I have so far been very impressed with their service.
