I've been banking here for 24 years. I love you but dang I don't like not being able to speak to you face to face thru the glass at the new location. I miss the good ole days. The new dude with the afro/ curly hair is pretty cool tho. I miss Sandra she was the best. Lower or enlarge the new photos/ posters around the lobby. I can't read the text on them and I bet they have to do with the history of this old banks history. ❤️
Waited for new TRB in Bulverde Texas to open Opened a personal checking account and a checking account for our Family Trust. Couldn’t have gone smoother. Penny and Kim were very professional, gracious answering all our questions and walking us through the process. Very nice experience and looking forward banking with TRB.
