Today was a day of learning new ways to bank at TRB and all I can say is Ashley Salazar was so helpful & patient walking me through my transactions. Can’t say enough about that bank and the people who work there.

I won’t lie, the customer service is great, however, due to my most recent experience with this branch I feel compelled to write this review. I went on active duty and have been stationed in different places outside of Texas so a buddy of mine and I opened a bank account with this bank in my local area. He is managing my estate in my absence so we thought it would be best that if I needed him to pay for something on my behalf, that he would have access to some of my finances locally.
