I bought a bird cage and some accessories, and overall the experience was decent. The staff helped me check sizes properly before purchase, which I appreciated. One cage had a minor scratch, and I noticed it before leaving, so they replaced it without discussion. The shop layout is slightly cramped, especially near the bird section, but still manageable. It’s not the fanciest place, but they handle issues quickly and don’t make things complicated when something goes wrong.

Please, do not purchase a puppy from this cruel store! This puppy store sources their pets from puppy mills. Puppy mills keep their animals in crammed cages or pens, without providing clean food or water to the animals. The dogs are bred until they can't (and are usually killed after) and the puppies are often ill. Here is evidence in a Companion Animal Protection Society, a reputable animal rights org, article.
