Monica Waters was by far the most helpful person I have ever spoke with about my questions on house taxes. She was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the conversation and she deserves a raise! Texas Property Tax Protest has been a huge disappointment. I submitted my application back in May 2025, and six months later I still haven’t heard a single update or seen any progress. They almost never answer the phone, and on the rare occasions they do, the answers are vague and unhelpful. It honestly feels like they don’t care about their clients at all. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
Texas PVP is great! They were able to lower our value 70k (11%). They were super nice, easy to work with and handled everything! Thanks to Texas PVP my taxes will go down!!!!
