I almost never write reviews because most arent worth the time, however... Veronica was fantastic! I was very late in discovering her services and due to the the timing would not have been able to get payment to her in time. I spoke to her and she worked with me to coordinate a plan that works for us both. She was on call while our baby was delivered (22 hour labor) she was promised and kind every step of the way. One of the best decisions we made. Veronica is so forth coming and answered all my questions beforehand, she even sent resources to help us make a decision of what to get. She is very professional in the manner of communication and handling the pickup. She got everything back to us within a few days, all packaged with care and sealed professionally. So thankful and blessed for all she has done for me and my family.
