I highly recommend Dr. Bailey Jones. She helped me release a tight pelvic floor. She gave me exercises to help bladder prolapse. It made me more aware throughout the day to sit and breathe properly. I will return periodically for a check up and exam. Highly recommend, it is WORTH it for the $$!!
