The only negative thing I have to say about this really good bank is that the 10-minute time-out for online banking is too short. I have to keep logging in every 10 minutes. It gets very annoying. If not for that, it would get a 5-star rating from me.
My experience with The Bank Of San Antonio has been great. Very responsive and helpful team. Commercial banking is so much better compared to the big banks.
Whatever you do, do not buy shares in this bank! We've been trying to sell our shares in Texas Partners Bank for over a year and keep getting the runaround and lied to. They must have some cashflow issues if they can't even facilitate the repurchase of a few shares of their own stock. I could go on and on about stories we've been told for why they couldn't buy our small amount of bank stock, but at the end of the day, the moral of the story is that they have been untrustworthy and dishonest in their dealings with us.
