Very friendly staff and the products are incredible. They have a great rewards program as well. I HIGHLY recommend ! (see what i did there?) the process is hassle free, they can assist you with getting your prescription in minutes. I use the Heights location its easy to get to or they deliver. It's the best medicine available!
I had a very negative experience at this dispensary. The process was disorganized from the beginning, and one staff member was unnecessarily rude and sarcastic. I placed an order online and immediately received an email saying it had been canceled because my prescription could not be found in the Texas registry. Friendly staff and great service. They gave me some recommendations based on daytime and nighttime use. Really appreciate it!! Update 4-18-26... they've been great whenever I've needed phone support as well. My first experiences with dispensaries as well. I have lots of rookie questions and they always take the time to answer them.
Not very happy with this place. My first order was an RSO tincture and it was great, no complaints at all. But the next 3 orders had almost no effect whatsoever. Honestly it feels like the tincture may have been cut or diluted somehow as the color was even lighter. The bottles have no seal, so that’s definitely concerning. I emailed them about it and never even got a response back. Customer service completely ignored the issue. Won’t be going back.
Staff is great and all, but you honestly can just get better pricing making your own tincture. Price is ridiculous for tinctures that you can do at home for fraction of the price. Buy isolates mix at desired potency in mtc oil n good to go
