You know it’s illegal to charge more than what it cost, for notary right? It’s $10 for first signature, $1 for each additional signature in TX NOT $20! This guy charged my husband $20 & when my husband asked him it should be less he told him “ oh no it’s $20 now “ I’m about to report to the state also!
