Katrina seemed nice in the beginning but she had a misunderstanding on her side and became very rude, stating “her time is valuable and she have other things to do” “you should of just said no(which I did and also gave her details but seems the “no” portion of my response was missed)”, the tone in the way she said this was very disrespectful and I kept it professional and took my business elsewhere.
