Unprofessional as hell. I booked a in-person notary service. Arrived for said appointment, called from outside in the rain to advise I had arrived because the building is locked. She answered the phone and when I say “I’m here for my appointment for notary services.” She literally says “You have an appointment? With me?” Like girl who else if I’m calling YOUR loser business number. Then proceeds to say she can send an address for me to go to where she is 10 minutes away. Very Nice and very professional and got what I needed in a timely matter thank you so much
Completely unprofessional. I used her once before for some documents. First time I had a good experience. Second time was horrible. I needed that document asap and she had me stressing all day and night. She told me she had dinner when she decided to respond and she didn’t think to tell me that ahead of time so I could find someone else. Avoid if you don’t want to be waiting like a dummy.
