If I could I would give this bank a zero because that’s what they do for their members. My daughter’s account was hacked and overdrawn. Carlos Guerra manager of the manager of the San Juan location refused to do anything to help her get her money back. He basically told her that she was on her own and that she had to resolve the issue with the company that the hacker used to spend her money. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.
Worst place you can bank at , RUN!
I visited the TNB San Juan, Texas branch for the first time, and I had a great experience thanks to Alex. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. Alex took the time to answer my questions and made the process smooth and easy. Excellent customer service like his truly makes a difference. Thank you, Alex, for doing such a great job!
