Great Shelter! Check it out. Government run shelters get a lot of bad publicity from the "no-kill" ideology. Public shelters do not get to close their doors when they are full. They do not have the option to turn away the aggressive, feral, or extremely unhealthy animals. The private shelters in Jackson County are also great, but they would need to turn these animals away- and then they go to the County Shelter.
