The Texas Meter and Device went to my house in El Paso to swap an electric meter to a new one when I was working out of town and they damaged my split unit, it does not want to turn on, they do not want to claim any liability. They send a supervisor to check it out, of obviously, nothing was wrong. Needless to say, I’m searching for a law firm to guide me to pursue a lawsuit against this company and the person I spoke to over the phone. Very frustrated!!!

They sent a tech to my house when I wasn’t home, he jumped my locked fence and performed maintenance on my gas meter without my permission or it even being scheduled through me.
