All the comments are right. Nobody speak English.Some if the driver doesn't listen. He told in 3 freeway and through some house. Just to get home. I just got off talking to UHC about the issue. I just start back ride Uber. Yes I been any a lots of pain.. I just couldn't ride with this company anymore

Wreckless driving, sped past and cut off when merging into a one lane road. No use of blinker no proper spacing. Just forcing the other car to either move aside or collide. I have dash cam footage but Google doesn’t allow uploading a video. License plate looks to be YZF 4444

This place is trash I hope you don't have anywhere to be after your appointment the receptionist will lie to you and say something like a driver will be there in 15 minutes and the driver will never show up and when you call back she will say the driver will be there in 30 minutes the driver will never show up until 2 hours later it's not the drivers fault it's the company in whole they don't have enough drivers but accepts all the patients they can get just to get income

Worse dam company EVER! These people leave you wherever they drop you at and don't send you a message or a phone call NOTHING! My son is an 8 year old boy with no other means of Transportation and they cancelled on us and left us in heat. They don't care that your handicap but they like to charge the insurance your have alright,they care nothing about the handicap.

Transportation is supposed to show up to take me to dialysis but no one has bothered to show up all week long even though the insurance has set up my rides.
