This was an incredible experience I’ve never done stretching before a massage and I’m still feeling it today . So much relief and calm during the 90 minute session . Polina is strong and definitely knows how to address all problem areas. I will come back

I’ve been looking for a good stretch/massage combo and have found it. The stretching is amazing and the massage pairs well afterwards for that deep relaxation. I’m in the gym regularly so my muscles are constantly tight and are in need of a good stretch. Definitely recommend Lina.
I had a lumbar fusion at L4–L5 and needed safe, active-assisted stretching to regain mobility. I tried a few places, but this one is the best: professional, personalized, and focused on post-surgery needs. Highly recommended! Thank you 🙏
Totally professional and incredibly effective massage. The combo of stretching and pushing out knots is incredible. I was having a hard time doing anything - felt like a different person when I left.
