The staff there are very horrible. Antagonizing minors & create huge false accusations 🤦♀️!
Staff there is very unprofessional and abuse their authority. There are no programs available. Setting up for failure. My daughter has been there almost 2 years due to lack of staff and treatment 😕 I know she made bad choices but it shouldn't cost her life!!!
I filed a sexual harassment grievance against a male co-worker. Due to the traumatizing nature of the incident, I took days off. I had a letter from my therapist and doctors notes to excuse my absences. I continuously told Mr. Houston to move me dorms because Ms Whorton-Taylor was extremely rude, unsupportive and invalidating. My work ethic took a big hit when she became my supervisor. I felt uncomfortable when I would go to work and never felt like that before. I was “separated” with the ability to be rehired.
