Purchased directional fish feeder 18 months ago and all was well until I noticed water leakage around site glass leaking into expensive fish food. Called and receptionist informed me water leaking into feed was not good -duh! Spoke to a couple of people and sent photos. I was told they would send a new site glass and silicone that required me to drill out the rivets and install new site glass. Two weeks later still no site glass or parts. Poor customer service for an expensive feeder.
Cool showroom – They have a really awesome showroom with mounted game animals. One of their staff members approached me quickly and showed me around and discussed their products. The products are just a little bit on the pricey side when comparing to places like Academy but they appear to be high quality. They had a couple items that weren't priced. That is a peeve of mine.
