My Wife and I have used several banks and credit unions over the years searching for a true personal financial experience. Most of these institutions have been adequate, but lacked the personal relationship we were chasing. Whether it was something simple like greeting us when we walk-in, or something more complex like helping us with our business…Texas First Bank continues to DELIGHT us. For the first time in years, we are finished shopping for banks. I am proud to say that Texas First Bank is now our home bank.
Horrible phone experience with Josh who apparently also claims to change his voice to speak like his lady manager. I’ve been a customer here for about a good 8 months. Most of my transactions have always been in person. Have not once had any issues. Decided to call over the phone today just to have Josh belittle me and lie about me and my account. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Also they monitor your account very well. They do this to keep your account from being used illegally.
