I just have to say this is the best bank I have ever been ,to they where nice .Specially Jennifer Derr there she handled my bank account opening and was very much professional in he doing so . They even gave me some food and some tea from there ribbon cutting they had earlier:) ps do not use bank of America they do not represent Americans or America 🇺🇸 First Texas Bank has zero hidden fees and zero fees in general they are everything I thought a bank was growing up .
Today we stopped in First Texas bank in Pearland and was greeted like we were family. Cynthia stopped what she was doing to assist us with a big smile. She saw that all the tellers were busy. We were in and out in no time. I wish other businesses would follow their example.
My husband and I both bank at TFB-Pearland. We are really pleased with the staff (especially Cynthia and Regan) who go out of their way to help us. We like old money and the tellers are really good at saving those bills for us and then call to let us know. The bank in Pearland is a good location for us. We know that we can get assistance virtually or in person whether in town or out of town.
