I was actually recommended from my other credit union for a future homestead on a larger amount of acres. Everyone that’s helped me from land loan, mortgage, and construction loan has been very informative. I appreciate them all! :)
My land loan experience was stellar. However, my building loan experience was nothing short of a nightmare! It took four months to get all the paperwork done. The agent did not keep me up to date on a regular basis. She would not return calls for long periods of time. I got nothing but excuses and promises that were not kept.
