My son, who is active military, came to Midland for a last minute trip to visit. Appointments were a month/month and a half out so he went into the Mega Center to see if he could walk in. We had seen a few reviews where people were allowed in with out an appointment. He has lost his license and cannot renew on-line. He has all of the required docs including his military ID, but whoever he spoke to was unbending. I guess this is another way to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
