We had an awesome experience yesterday at the DMV office in Midland and I wanted to give a shoutout to the great people who helped us out. We had a small issue and the supervisor; Chris Bailey fixed it right up with the help of Mrs. Evangelina Serrano. We were also greeted and assisted by Mrs. Ruby Duncan. My son, who is active military, came to Midland for a last minute trip to visit. Appointments were a month/month and a half out so he went into the Mega Center to see if he could walk in. We had seen a few reviews where people were allowed in with out an appointment. He has lost his license and cannot renew on-line. He has all of the required docs including his military ID, but whoever he spoke to was unbending. I guess this is another way to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
