Horrible service they tried the best to not give us a simple id. When there was one present on file ill be filling a complaint. Trust me if you dont like your job find a new one

Maybe if there attitudes could get rated then only would they score 5. From day 1 it was to much trouble to help me. Nope. USA is awesome as I'm from SA. Love everything about Snyder but DPS.... Terrible experience

While being on the phone for 49 minutes, I drove up there and one person was sitting down. I was on hold as the lady answer my simple question (with the lovely insecure attitude you get around town often)

Drove two hour to get here. No notice, no email. Then the office has the gall to post a sign on the door as I am sitting out in my pickup trying to get ahold of someone. Photos wee taken appropriately 5 minutes apart. Don’t bother trying to call anyone either, 5 minutes of an answering service maze only gets a response of “email us”. We’ll get back to you in a week.

I had to go into the Texas Department of Public Safety to get a State ID, I was then told by Misty Rich that I could use my Ohio driver's permit to transfer it into a Texas ID. Misty was extremely helpful and made our time at the Texas Department of Public Safety very fast. Thank you!
