License renewal. FYI- you will need a birth certificate or passport for the renewal, unless one of the is already on file with DPS. Pearsall location is a new building, very clean. Use the computer to check-in and it will give you a ticket #. Friendly staff.
The 2 ladies that work in the office there are so rude and others were complaining about them as well. Small little quaint town but their attitude ruined the whole experience. They need to have better customer service skills in their position 🫶FYI
“NO CLASS M RENEWALS!” Seeing that my appointment was going to have me waiting 2-3 months I was trying to think smart and go outside of San Antonio for a renewal on my DL. My daughter had been all set and ready to take her road test since the beginning of July and I took her to the DMV in Pearsall the last Tuesday of July since she had an appointment in Uvalde, Tx.the very next day (Wednesday) and no one that was there to take the road test was ready since they still needed to watch a video that my daughter had already watched and with gas prices being so high and limited resources I asked the lady there at the DMV in Pearsall if my daughter could just take the road test right quick and before... read more
