Got to make online app. Once your time comes up and your there it is pleasant ,the staff move you through very quickly, you got to have your birth certificate, they scan and give back to you. Thank you DPS
I had a great experience here last week. I found the staff to be extremely patient, over the top helpful, and friendly.
Wonderful experience at the Mount Pleasant DMV. Drove 2hrs from Dallas to get a replacement for lost ID since appointments near me were booked until December! My appointment was at 8:40am and I was on the way home by 9am! The staff were quick, knowledgeable and so kind. Much nicer than the DMVs in Dallas. Come prepared with the paperwork you need and they take care of you fast!!
I renewed my DL here. Nice, friendly & helpful. I was in & out in 30 mins. If you live in the DFW area this is your best bet for getting or renewing your driver's license.
nothing “pleasant” about this dps office. my dad and i went to go get a learners license/permit (drove nearly 2 hours) and we had multiple copies of each document. we brought my most recent report card as a replacement for my VOE since my school is on break right now. however, since we haven’t been given our term report cards, we used a progress report card. immediate no from the lady who attended to us. nowhere on the texas website does it say we cannot use a progress report card (especially when it has name, attendance, an... read more
