The ladies in this office are phenomenal! They are all so kind and helpful. They were unbelievably patient, accommodating, and compassionate towards my daughter with special needs when we had to get her a state ID. I can’t recommend this office enough!! In a world where it’s hard to find anyone excited about helping people, the employees at the Mt Pleasant DMV were a huge blessing!

I called to why i got a letter saying i could not renew drivers online. i got connected auto assistant. i entered information as requested there were two options niether options worked designed not to work. somehow i got it to call to mt pleasant dps office it said 15 wait no one answers then it chaged to 30 to forty min then more time and more time. once again design so you will never get anyone to talk to and they will not answer went back to an appointment no one could anwer why i could not renew on line, the duplicate it... read more

I had a really great experience renewing my DL. The staff was very kind and helpful. I got in and out quickly. I would rather make the 40 minute drive here than go to my local DPS.
