Sitting here now. Systems went down and a person was visually upset because she took off work so she said she would wait a while. And when she had to leave the employees laughed and mocked her and said “I took off work for this.. and that’s supposed to be my problem??” Another person wanted to ask a question and instead of listening to her question they quickly cut her off and said the system was down… the person didn’t have a question about the system.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a drive from Corpus to get my sons permit. the online appt allowed me to make an appt for June 20th... I got here early just to see that the office is closed. fix the system!! people drive a long way just for yall to have a sign that says online appts only and the DPS office is closed and not for lunch either.. my appt was at 4pm i got here at 3pm.. Not to mention someone outside drove from san antonio made his appt online as well.. This is ridiculous!! This is total BS.
