Have been trying to get ahold of them by phone all week. Every time you call it’s a busy signal. Someone there is intentionally leaving the phone off the hook to avoid calls coming in and it’s very annoying.
I set an appointment and was quite amazed that I was called up within five minutes of the appointment time (even though there was a room full of people when I walked in). Unfortunately, I had to fill out a front and back page of info before they would see me. I'm not sure why I couldn't do that electronically when I made the appointment. Then they turned me away because I didn't have my birth certificate. At no point did anything state that I needed it for a renewal. I'm thinking they should add notes to the website and the ... read more
