I set an appointment and was quite amazed that I was called up within five minutes of the appointment time (even though there was a room full of people when I walked in). Unfortunately, I had to fill out a front and back page of info before they would see me. I'm not sure why I couldn't do that electronically when I made the appointment. Then they turned me away because I didn't have my birth certificate. At no point did anything state that I needed it for a renewal. Worst dps I’ve seen, terrible staff just rude and unhelpful, if possible go to a different city. The lady doing the inspections for the drivers test just was yelling at my daughter.
This is the only dmv I have ever been in my life where they will truly do everything they can do help you instead of just sending you home empty handed. Awesome people! I’m so grateful! Perks of a small southern town!
